Ray Allen: One Foot Out the NBA Door?

Was anyone holding their breath waiting for former Miami Heat star, Ray Allen, to trail behind LeBron James to the Cleveland Cavaliers this year? Most likely not. Sill, for all that were wondering, Allen appears to have ruled out making that flight. Allen may not be donning a NBA jersey at all this season because he seems to have no inclination to play.

The Warriors are one of the teams vying for Allen’s attention. He would indeed be an asset to Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson’s roster. However, these discussions fell short a month ago.

The Bulls, Wizards, and Spurs also appear to have a stake in the fight for Allen. Nevertheless, he may be contemplating an entirely different route regarding his NBA career. There have been whispers of retirement. Only time will tell. Let us know the route you think he will take with our poll below!
