Apparently, there is no rest for the weary when it comes to life or sports. This is a lesson one Yankee fan was forced to learn the hard way.
Andrew Rector was attempting to take a nap while at a Yankees game when he became the real sport of the night.
ESPN showcased Rector's sleeping talents as his head bobbed while he began to drift to sleep in his seat during the game. ESPN commentators and announcers didn't miss the opportunity to comment on Rector's lack of interest by making subtle jabs.
Rector filed charges with the Supreme Court vehemently postulating that the ESPN affiliates subjected him to consistant heckling that in turn caused him emotional distress. He is suing for $10 million dollars.
So, what can we ascertain from this occurrence? If this has taught us anything, it instructs us to never let others see you sweat, or in this case, sleep.
