![]() Convicted murderer, Jodi Arias, has escaped death once again. Jurors in Arizona were hung on February 25th in their opinions of Arias even though she brutally murdered her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, seven years ago. Unbelievably, 11 jurors voted for death with one hold out. Judge Sherry Stephens had no choice, but to declare a mistrial. You could feel the family of Travis Alexander’s heart break as they cried out in agony about the decision. The other jurors allegedly raised concerns to the judge about the holdout being tainted by viewing a movie based on the Jodi Arias story. With the death penalty off the table, the only potential sentences facing Arias now are the prison terms of life without parole or life with the possibility of parole after 25 years. The judge will decide Aria’s fate on April 13th. Comments are closed.
